HR Recruiter

FT/PT Status:Regular Full Time
  

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and full cycle recruitment, including high-volume recruiting during peak season
  • Coordinate and host job fairs to maximize the coverage to fill large job orders
  • Travel overnight during spring and fall to attend college career fairs
  • Update and maintain candidate and requisition data
  • Maintenance of recruiting reporting and tracking information
  • Ensure recruiting and selection processes are compliant with legal and company requirements (follow Company’s Affirmative Action Plan).
  • Increase candidate flow and develop strategic solutions that will attract and acquire high quality, diverse candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, colleges, military TAP personnel and other recruiting resources
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of job descriptions
  • Stay current with federal and state employment compliance

Job Qualifications:
  • Knowledgeable of general HR practices and employment laws
  • Five plus years of high-volume recruiting
  • Strong recruiting, sourcing and project management skills
  • Prior work experience designing and implementing high-volume recruiting strategies
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with online job boards and applicant tracking systems/software
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills to ensure proper interface with all levels within the company
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external business relationships
  • Initiative, high energy, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to frequently repeat the same movements with arms, hands, wrist, and fingers. (Use fine manipulation, frequent to constant traditional keyboarding)
  • Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble small objects
  • Ability to seldomly lift < 50lbs
  • Ability to reach overhead, at or below the shoulder
  • Ability to see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
  • Understand the speech of another person
  • Speak clearly so listeners can understand
  • Ability to focus on one source of sound and ignore others


WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Employee is regularly working indoors, in an office setting
  • Employee is regularly exposed to moderate noise levels
  • Employee is expected to work in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean work area
